Phase 3 - Bel-Air Rise

Legal Actions against Malpractice Dog Handlers for Cleaning and Administrative Cost

To maintain a high quality of hygiene is always one of the hot topics of the management of Bel-Air.  However, despite the restless effort of distributing notices, reminders and organizing of pet caring talks to the residents in the past few years, we note that some of the dog handlers still failed to take care of the dogs properly and allowed the dogs to urine or leave wastes in the common areas.

The Owners’ Committee resolved at the meeting held on 15 December 2011 to take legal action against the malpractice dog handler for the cost and expenses spent on making good the damage of the common areas. Before the full implementation, one month grace period will be granted during the transitional period.

Starting from 1 March 2012, Service Centre would take legal action against the malpractice dog handler for cleaning and administrative cost without prior notice.

Building a hygienic environment relies on your co-operation.
